Preparation:

Step:1 (Cake Prepare)

  • Heat your oven to 350˚ F
  • Spread some flour on a cake pan and set aside for the next step

Preparation: 

  • Take chicken stock and simmer in a saucepan, keep warm
  • Take another saucepan, add oil, and add onion; heat it for a few minutes, then pour rice and stir. 
  • Add chicken stock and stir so the rice can absorb the stock fully. When the rice absorbs the chicken stock, add coconut milk.
